Refunds

At Zipped Brands, we take pride in the handcrafted quality of our zippers. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds after a purchase has been made unless what you purchased is out of stock. If we can't fulfill your order due to it being out of stock, we will issue a refund.

Returns

While we do not accept returns, your satisfaction is everything to us. If the zipper becomes faulty within 30 days of the shipment date, we will gladly repair the zipper free of charge. This only includes fixing the zipper. Simply contact us at zippedbrands@gmail.com
